I study rhetoric, social movements, and food...specifically I am finishing my dissertation on food trucks and their interaction with rhetoric, social movements, and food.
The food we eat to survive, let alone the food we devour for pleasure, is a complex and rich subject matter. Thus, this website traces some of my findings.
